Lumex series: compact design, powerful light output | Steinhauer Lighting

The Lumex series shows that a strong lighting series does not have to be large to stand out. With just two models — a pendant light and a ceiling light — Lumex offers exactly what many customers are looking for: a clean black design, powerful LED lighting and a modern look that suits many interiors. For dealers, this series is also easy to present: clear, accessible and versatile.

Why the Lumex series is so strong

The strength of Lumex lies in the combination of simplicity and performance. Both lights feature a round, minimalist design in matt black. This makes them a great match for modern, industrial and timeless interiors. The series has a calm appearance, while still offering enough character to be clearly present in the room.

While many compact designs are mainly decorative, Lumex also delivers strong technical performance. The series is equipped with integrated LED lighting, offering warm white light at 2700 Kelvin and a high colour rendering index of CRI 90. This means colours in the interior are displayed naturally and pleasantly.

The 4207ZW ceiling light has a 26 watt LED and 2600 lumens. The 4206ZW pendant light has a 33 watt LED and 3300 lumens. Both models are dimmable in combination with an external dimmer or switch.

Lumex pendant light 4206ZW: an eye-catcher above the table

The Lumex pendant light 4206ZW is a modern circular pendant light with a diameter of 58 cm. Thanks to its open round design, the light creates a spacious effect without looking heavy. This makes it particularly suitable above a dining table, meeting table, kitchen island or large coffee table.

The light is suspended from three cables and can be adjusted in height during installation from 50 to 130 cm. This allows it to be adapted to the room and its function. Above a dining table, the light may be atmospherically present, while in a work or office environment it should provide practical illumination.

With 3300 lumens, this pendant light provides sufficient light output for everyday use, while the warm light colour creates a pleasant atmosphere. The round shape gives the light a modern look, yet remains subtle enough to suit a variety of interiors.

Lumex ceiling light 4207ZW: powerful and subtle

The Lumex ceiling light 4207ZW is the compact model within the series. With a diameter of 38 cm and a height of only 7 cm, this light sits close to the ceiling. This makes it ideal for rooms where a pendant light is less practical, such as a hallway, kitchen, bedroom, office, landing or lower-ceilinged space.

Despite its subtle size, the ceiling light delivers a light output of 2600 lumens. This makes it not only decorative, but also highly functional. The round black design provides a calm, modern appearance and is easy to combine with other black accents in the interior, such as door handles, table legs, taps or metal furniture details.

Why Lumex is interesting for dealers

For dealers, the Lumex series is a smart addition to the presentation. The series consists of two clear models that strengthen each other well. The pendant light attracts attention above a table setting, while the ceiling light shows that the same style is also available in a more compact application.

This makes Lumex easy to explain to customers. One style, two solutions:

a pendant light for above a dining table or kitchen island;
a ceiling light for a hallway, kitchen, office or lower space;
both finished in black;
both equipped with warm white LED light;
both dimmable with an external dimmer;
both suitable for modern and timeless interiors.

Precisely because the series is compact, it avoids unnecessary choice complexity. Customers quickly understand which model suits their space. For the showroom floor, that is an advantage: Lumex requires little explanation, yet offers many strong selling points.

Strong in price, appearance and application

The Lumex series is interesting because it offers a strong balance between design, light output and accessibility. The lights have a modern appearance without being too dominant or overly trend-driven. This makes them not only current, but also broadly saleable over the long term.

Black remains a popular colour in lighting. It combines easily with wood, concrete, marble, steel, light walls and warm natural materials. As a result, Lumex fits many interior styles: from modern and minimalist to industrial, hotel chic or contemporary warm living.

Technically, the series also offers clear advantages. The integrated LED module creates a sleek design without a visible light source. The warm light colour of 2700 Kelvin makes the light suitable for living spaces, while the high light output ensures that the lighting remains practical.

Lumex series: small in size, strong in sales potential

Some series stand out because of their size. Lumex stands out because of its clarity. Two models, one strong design language and technical specifications that match market demand well. This makes the series attractive for both consumers and dealers.

The combination of a round shape, black finish, integrated LED, warm white light and strong light output makes Lumex a series that can be used in many different spaces. That is exactly why this series deserves extra attention.
